I had a great experience at Gerald Jones Ford. I didn't have an appointment but stopped in on my lunch break. They were able to get me in for an oil change and out in less then an hour. Love the new store too. So much better then the previous store and all the staff really made me feel welcome. I even had a chance to test drive a new truck while I waited. I liked that they checked the condition of the current air filter before replacing it. I also like that they give me notice for what upkeep I should be expecting in the near future by telling me what the wear is on things like brakes and tires. It is helpful for budgeting for those expenses rather than being told at the next appointment that I need an expensive repair/service. I am very grateful that they vacuumed and washed the vehicle prior to pick up.

Eric was very friendly, helpful and patient. I had done a lot of research on GJ website and other dealers, as well as an internet search on the vehicle. He was able to answer all of my questions. I had test driven a car in October but was not ready to make a purchase at that time. He stayed in touch via email. I do not like really "pushy" sales and appreciate his more reserved sales approach.

I initially shopped for a Honda online and the internet sales person was very responsive in getting back to me right away. All of the personnel at Gerald Jones were very helpful but I was most impressed with Mike Kelly and his "can do" attitude. I had an unusual request related to our purchase of a new Accord and he was able to make it happen. I am also most appreciative of the treatment we received from Mark Boyd and his willingness to negotiate a fair price. Donald Tubman was a great help in assisting us with understanding all of the technology in our new vehicle.

There was a mix-up with my appointment. After speaking to Brien Smith about my options - he came up with a solution that enabled me to get my car fixed while taking the stress off me. He along with Kevin Maskey - made my service experience a lot easier. Also, the customer service that I received was incredible and I couldn't have been more pleased.
